Togilo is not a substitute for traditional phone services and does not support emergency calls.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and proprietary information on Togilo are owned or licensed by Hikizo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Unauthorized duplication, modification, distribution, or derivative work creation is prohibited.
Any content you share remains subject to your control, but once shared publicly, you may lose control over its further use.
You warrant that any content you upload is original or that you have necessary rights for its use. Unauthorized content may lead to account termination and potential liability.

Togilo does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of content from other users. Interaction with others is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Premium Services and Payments
