Togilo, developed and operated by Hikizo Private Limited, is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment (CSAE).
These published standards outline how Togilo protects children, enforces safety, and complies with all applicable global and national child protection laws.

Our Core Child Safety Standards

1️⃣ Zero Tolerance for CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
Togilo strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes any imagery, chats, videos, links, or activities that promote, depict, or enable child sexual abuse. Any account or user involved in such activity will be immediately suspended, permanently banned, and reported to law enforcement authorities.
This policy applies to all users, staff, partners, and affiliates of Hikizo Private Limited.

2️⃣ User Age Restriction
Togilo is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. Users below the age of 18 are not permitted to use the app. Any account determined to belong to a minor will be terminated permanently to maintain platform safety.

3️⃣ Reporting Mechanism
Togilo provides easy ways to report abuse or suspicious activity directly from within the app.
Users can submit reports using the “Customer Service” or “Report” options.
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken promptly to ensure compliance and user safety.

4️⃣ Moderation and Enforcement
Togilo’s moderation team continuously monitors platform activities, including chats and live interactions, to detect and prevent CSAE and other violations.
Reports are investigated with urgency. Users found violating our standards face permanent suspension, and severe cases are escalated to law enforcement agencies in compliance with national and international regulations.
